Bruno Garcia Andrade is a marketing manager specialised in digital transformation, with experience in Retail, Consumer Goods and Consumer Healthcare. His technical competences include Customer Insights, Customer Relationship Marketing, Online Commerce and Trade Marketing.
His experience in digital transformation involves development of strategy, such as development of value proposition and vision, high level solutions, operating models, capability frameworks and digital assessments. In terms of detailed design, Bruno already helped companies building capabilities in Customer Insights and Analytics, Customer Relationship Marketing and Digital Asset Management.
His journey started in Unilever’s great school of marketing where he was for 3 years and a half.
Later on he had a nuclear role in the definition of Trade Marketing for Boehringer Ingelheim, in the context of a big pilot for the Southern Europe cluster, where he built a best practice of the Trade Marketing function, operating model, responsibilities, competences, ways of working, etc.
He moved to London in 2015 to do an MBA for Imperial College to start his international career and during the program he got closer to Digital Transformation and what it meant for the world of Marketing. During that period Bruno did a consulting project for Google for 3 months on Digital Content Strategy for Social Media, integrating the Global Accounts Team who managed L’Oreal.
After his MBA he joined Capgemini Invent - the consulting arm of Capgemini specialising in Digital Transformation - where he stayed for another 3 years. During that period, he worked for the Marketing Transformation team, where he had several projects in Consumer Goods and Retail, including the Digital Transformation of IKEA’s Marketing at a global level.
